Johor –  a state located at the southern portion of Peninsular Malaysia,  was also known as the most southern point of the Asian Continental Mainland . Its foods are the influenced  of  the Middle East ( Arab ) , the Riau Archipelago,   the Sumatran’s clan  as well as the Javanese.  These  mixtures  of  cultures has created variation of beautiful  blend  of  cuisines  with some  comprises  ingredients not found  anywhere else in Malaysia.
